Veal Amalfi
2-4 servings

1 pound veal cutlets or boneless chicken
1/2 cup World Harbors® Amalfi Italian Grill
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup white wine

Julienne veal cutlets (or chicken) and mix with 1/2 cup WH Amalfi Italian Grill in a bowl.

Dice peppers and saute in olive oil.

Add veal & stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Add wine & simmer for 3 minutes.

Serve with pasta and fresh bread.
