Teriyaki
Beef Steak Sandwiches
Perfect
for dinner on the run or in front of the TV. These versatile sandwiches
are also excellent prepared with World Harbors® Fajita sauce and marinade
4 Servings
4 lean steaks, 1/2" thick
1 cup World Harbors® Maui Mountain Hawaiian Teriyaki
1 medium red onion, sliced in thin rounds
1 tomato, sliced
Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Vegetable cooking spray
4 Sub rolls
In
a non-metallic dish, marinate steaks in WH Teriyaki sauce 1-8 hours
in refrigerator.
Remove
steaks from marinade & drain.
Spray
non-stick skillet with Vegetable cooking spray.
Sear
steaks quickly over medium-high heat to desired doneness, turning
once.
Place
steaks on submarine rolls, top with sliced onion, tomato and a
sprinkling of Parmesan cheese. No time to marinate?
Simply
add marinade to pan after steaks are seared & heat through!
