'n Sour Seafood Medley
4 Servings
12 medium shrimp, peeled and de-veined
8 sea scallops
1 white fish fillet, such as catfish, cod,
sole or tilapia, cut into
8 chunks
1 cup World Harbors® Maui Mountain Sweet 'n Sour Sauce
1/2 cup frozen corn niblets
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 tablespoon chopped green onions
1/2 teaspoon salt
Sprinkle
fish and shellfish lightly with salt.
In
microwave-safe glass dish, combine all the ingredients, turning
gently to coat.
Cover
loosely with wax paper.
Microwave
on high 6 to 7 minutes.
Let
stand 3 minutes before serving.
Serve
with rice.
