Steak
Done Right
You may substitute your own favorite World Harbors® Sauce.
4-5 Servings
1 sirloin steak, cut 1" thick
1 cup World Harbors® Sauce
for marinating, plus 1 cup
for dipping
In
glass baking dish, pour 1 cup World Harbors® Sauce over steak,
turning to coat. Cover & refrigerate 1-8 hours.
Preheat
grill. Coals should be red hot with a thin covering of white ash
Sear steak for 2 minutes on each side. Cover grill and cook for
5-6 minutes on each side, basting frequently.
Slice
thinly across the grain and serve with a side dish of heated sauce
