Spicy
Sausage Filling for Tacos & Burritos
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 lb. bulk pork or turkey sausage
1 can (14 oz.) diced tomatoes, drained
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced green pepper
1/2 cup World Harbors® Fajita Sauce & Marinade
Vegetable cooking spray
In non-stick skillet sprayed with cooking spray brown beef, sausage
and onion about 8 minutes, stirring until meat is no longer pink.
Stir
in the diced tomatoes, peppers and WH Fajita Sauce. Simmer gently
10-15 minutes.
Fill
warm corn or flour tortillas or pita pockets and top with your
choice of garnishes.
