Lemon
Pepper Fish Steaks
4 Servings
4 salmon, tuna, halibut or swordfish
steaks, 8 oz. each.
1 cup World Harbors® Acadia Lemon Pepper & Garlic Sauce, World Harbors® Italian
Grill or World Harbors® Honey Dijon
Sauce
1/2 teaspoons salt
Season
fish steaks with salt. In glass dish, pour 1 cup of WH Lemon Pepper
and Garlic or WH Honey Dijon Sauce over fish, turning to coat. Refrigerate
for 30 minutes.
Place
fish on well-oiled, preheated grill. Cook, basting frequently,
10 minutes for every 1" of thickness, turning once.
Serve
with a side dish of heated WH
Sauce.
