how to do it:
Cut
meats and vegetables in 1" cubes or strips.
Place
meats & vegetables in separate glass containers or re-sealable
plastic bags. Pour enough World Harbors
Marinade or Sauce to coat & refrigerate 20 minutes for fish; 30
minutes or longer for meats & vegetables.
Thread
alternate chunks of meat and vegetables onto skewers.
Grill,
basting and turning frequently, 8-10 minutes for chicken & rare
beef; 6-8 minutes for fish.
