Jerk Scallops or Shrimp
When Jamaicans say a dish is "more-ish," it means it's so good
you'll want more. This easy dish is very "more-ish."
4 Servings
1 lb of sea scallops or shelled and
de-veined shrimp
1-1/2 cups green onions, cut in 1" lengths
3/4 cup World Harbors® Jamaican Jerk Sauce
Vegetable cooking spray
(or 2 tablespoons oil)
Salt
Season scallops or shrimp with salt. Sauté in a non-stick pan
sprayed with cooking spray over medium-high heat, 2-3 minutes
(shrimp should be pink).
Add green onions and sauté another 2 minutes, adding more cooking
spray.
Stir
in WH Jamaican Jerk Sauce and simmer 1-2 minutes to
blend flavors.
