Honey
Dijon Poached Salmon or Tuna
4 Servings
4 fresh salmon or tuna steaks,
cut 1/2" thick (4 oz each)
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1/2 cup World Harbors® Honey Dijon Sauce
Pat fish dry with paper towels.
In
a shallow microwave-safe glass dish large enough to hold the fish
in a single layer without overlapping, pour half the WH Honey Dijon
Sauce.
Place salmon or tuna steaks over the sauce. Cover with remaining
sauce and a sprinkling of chopped parsley.
Cover
dish with plastic wrap, turning one corner to vent.
Microwave
on high (100%) 3-1/2 to 4-1/2 minutes, rotating dish halfway.
Be
careful not to overcook.
Salmon
is done when it turns a light pink and is easily pierced with
a fork
