Guadalupe Taco Joe
Although jalapenos flavor our World Harbors® Fajita Sauce & Marinade, it is spicy but not hot. Add chopped chilies, if you prefer more heat.
4-5 Servings

1 lb. lean ground beef
2 medium tomatoes chopped
1/4 cup WH Fajita Sauce
Vegetable cooking spray
10 taco shells
Shredded lettuce, shredded cheese,
       chopped onions

Cook beef in a skillet sprayed with vegetable cooking spray until brown and crumbly. Drain.

Add tomatoes and WHFajita Marinade and simmer 5 minutes.

Heat taco shells according to package directions.

Spoon beef mixture into shells. Top with lettuce, cheese, onions.
