Beef & Cheese Nachos

1 pound lean ground beef
1/4 cup World Harbors® Fajita Sauce
1 package (16 oz) large Tortilla corn chips
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack or
Cheddar Cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste
Vegetable cooking spray
In
a large skillet sprayed with cooking spray, brown beef over medium-high
heat until brown & crumbly. Drain.
Stir in sauce & mix well. Salt & pepper to taste.
On
a foil-lined cookie sheet, spread tortilla chips in a single layer.
Spoon
ground beef over the chips.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 400° until cheese has melted, about 5-8 minutes.
