Curried
Lemon Pepper Garlic Shrimp
Tart and sweet with a lovely glaze. This dish is good with or
without curry powder.
4 Servings
30 medium shrimp, peeled and de-veined
1/2 cup World Harbors® Acadia Lemon Pepper & Garlic Sauce
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 teaspoon curry powder (optional)
1/2 teaspoon salt.
In
a microwave dish, combine WH Lemon Pepper & Garlic Sauce, curry powder
(if using) and chopped celery.
Cover
loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave on high (100%) for 1 1/2
minutes.
Season
shrimp lightly with salt.
Add
shrimp to the WH Lemon Pepper and Garlic Sauce mixture, turning to
coat evenly.
Cover
loosely with plastic wrap.
Microwave
on high for 3 minutes, stirring midway.
Serve
with rice & assorted fruit chutneys.
