Seafood Kabobs
3-4 Servings
½ lb halibut, swordfish, monkfish,
salmon or tuna, cut into
1" cubes
½ lb each peeled, de-veined shrimp &
whole sea scallops
1 cup (or more) World Harbors® Acadia Lemon Pepper & Garlic, World Harbors® Italian Grill
or World Harbors® Honey Dijon
1 red onion, cut into eight wedges
In
glass bowl or re-sealable plastic bag, marinate fish and seafood
in WH Acadia Lemon Pepper and Garlic
or WH Honey Dijon Sauce, turning to coat evenly. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
Thread
alternate chunks of fish and seafood with onion onto skewers.
(If using bamboo skewers, soak 30 minutes to prevent burning.)
Broil
or grill over medium-hot coals, 3-5 minutes on each side, basting
and turning frequently.
