Me Hearties Meatloaf
4 Servings

1 pound Ground beef
1 medium Onion, diced
½ cup Green Pepper, diced
½ cup Bread Crumbs
1 egg
1 cup Buccaneer Blends™ BBQ Sauce

Preheat oven to 375°. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl to blend. Form into loaf and place in baking dish. Drizzle with a little more sauce and bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes. Slice and serve.

"Sink Me" BBQ Mac n' Cheese Skillet Dinner
4 Servings

1 pound Ground beef
1 pkg Box Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
2 cups Water
½ cup Buccaneer Blends™ BBQ Sauce
1 cup Tomato Sauce
2 cups shredded lettuce
2 Tomatoes, chopped

Brown ground beef in large non-stick skillet over medium high heat. Drain grease and return to stove adding macaroni, water and BBQ sauce. Bring to a boil, cover and cook over medium-low heat 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in cheese sauce mix and tomato sauce. Heat through. Top with lettuce and tomatoes. Serve.

Shiver Me Timbers Sloppy Joes
4 Servings

1 pound Ground beef
1 medium Onion, diced
1 Green Pepper, diced
1 cup Buccaneer Blends™ BBQ Sauce
¼ cup Water
4 Split Hamburger Buns
4 slices American Cheese


Brown ground beef in non-stick skillet over medium high heat. Drain grease. Add onion and green pepper, continuing to cook for 5 minutes. Stir in BBQ sauce and water. Simmer on medium-low heat 5-10 minutes until desired consistency. Spoon onto toasted buns, add a slice of cheese and top with bun half.

Crow's Nest Baked Beans
4 Servings

1 cup Buccaneer Blends™ BBQ Sauce
6 slices Bacon, diced
½ cup Onion, diced
2 cans (15 oz) precooked Baked Beans, rinsed & drained

Preheat oven to 350°. Cook bacon in skillet until crispy. Remove from pan and drain-reserving 1 TBLSP grease in skillet. Add onion to skillet and sauté. Combine all ingredients in a baking dish. Place in oven and bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Serve with Brown Bread and Cream Cheese.

Landlubber Cheese Steak Grinder
4 Servings

1 pound Sirloin Steak, thinly sliced
1 large Onion, sliced
1 Green Pepper, sliced
8 slices Provolone Cheese 4 Sub rolls
1 cup Buccaneer Blends™ BBQ Sauce

1 TBLSP Vegetable oil

In a non-stick skillet, sauté onions and green peppers in oil over medium heat 3-4 minutes. Add steak and continue cooking until steak browns. Add BBQ sauce and heat through.

Open sub rolls and place on foil lined baking sheet. Spoon mixture into rolls, dividing evenly. Top each with two slices of cheese. Place under broiler until cheese melts. Remove from oven and serve.

Jolly Rogers Grilled Corn
6 Servings

6 ears Corn
½ cup Buccaneer Blends™ BBQ Sauce

6 Paper towels (wetted with water)
Aluminum Foil

Remove husks and silk from corn. Slather generously with BBQ sauce. Wrap with a wet paper towel. Wrap with aluminum foil. Grill on 4 sides for 5 minutes each. Unwrap and enjoy.


Fair Winds BBQ Chicken Pizza
4 Servings

1 pre-made Pizza crust
2/3 cup Buccaneer Blends™ BBQ Sauce

1 cup Cooked Chicken, diced
¼ cup Roasted Red Peppers, diced
¼ cup Vidalia Onion, diced
¼ cup Black Olives, diced
1 ½ cups shredded provolone cheese

Preheat oven to 425°. Spread BBQ sauce on pizza shell. Distribute chicken, peppers, onion and olives evenly over top. Sprinkle with cheese. Place in oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool before serving.
